Waldom Electronics Corporation Case Settles for $4,300
On September 25, 2014, a case was settled with Waldom Electronics Corporation for selling in California a product named GC Electronics Isopropyl Alcohol Cleaner that exceeded the VOC limits for “Electronic Cleaner” category in Title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The VOC violations contributed approximately 0.065 tons of excess VOC emissions. The company paid $4,300.00 to settle the case.
