Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Case Settles for $34,000.00

Between December 2011 and March 2013, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. sold Wal-Mart Backyard Grill Disposable BBQ product in California that was not certified in accordance with ARB regulations for charcoal lighter material products. In addition, the product did not display the date of manufacture which is also violation of the regulations. Wal-Mart immediately ceased sale of the product and recalled all existing product from their stores. The case was settled on November 21, 2013 for $34,000.
