Votivo LLC Case Settles for $5,200

On April 13, 2015, a Consumer Products case was settled with Votivo LLC for manufacturing, selling and/or supplying non-compliant Personal Fragrance with 20% or less fragrance. These products contributed to 9.5 pounds of excess Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions due to exceeding the 7.5% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Personal Fragrance: products with 20% or less fragrance, specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). Votivo LLC paid $5,200 to settle this case.
