CARB has verified Viscon California’s fuel additive, Viscon, for 1985 through 1995 model year diesel engines used in off-road applications. Viscon is a fuel additive which will achieve at least 25 percent reduction in PM while not increasing NO_x emissions by more than ten percent of the baseline emission level tested as required. Please read the Executive Order for conditions for which Viscon has been approved.
