Verification Procedure: Warranty Requirements

The Diesel Emission Control Strategy Warranty Report must be submitted by March 1 of each calendar year for authorized installers and April 1 of each calendar year for device manufacturers. These reports, as outlined in Section 2707 of the Verification Procedure, must be submitted on an annual basis by all manufacturers who have applied and received verification by CARB and for all authorized installers. A manufacturer whose verification status has changed or has been suspended is still required to comply with the warranty reporting as are formerly authorized installers who were authorized during the reporting period.
