$1,000 in Fines Paid by Various Diesel Fleets

During May 2006, twenty outstanding Various Diesel Fleets cases were reviewed and pursued. Enforcement Division staff issued one pressure violation and issued six diesel repair notices, and witnessed eight annual certification tests throughout the State of California. One NOV was settled for $1,000.
