United Banner Inc. Case Settles for $1,687

United Banner Inc. paid $1,687.00 in penalties to the California Air Resources Board, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on June 23, 2015. An investigation by the ARB showed that the United Banner Inc. vessel United Banner failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters in 2015. United Banner Inc. took prompt action after being notified of these violations and under ARB’s supervision began operating in a compliant fashion. To settle the case, United Banner Inc. agreed to the $1,687.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
