Unite Eurotherapy Case Settles for $6,300

Unite Eurotherapy settled a case with the California Air Resources Board on January 13, 2017, for manufacturing, selling and/or supplying non-compliant hair styling products in California. The product contained concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOC) exceeding the 6 percent by weight VOC limit for the Hair Styling Products: aerosol and pump spray category. Excess VOC emissions in this case were approximately 0.35 tons. The company paid $6,300.00 to settle the case.
