Tri-Coastal Design Group, Inc. Case Settles for $3,000

Tri-Coastal Design Group, Inc. (Wharton, New Jersey) sold, supplied, and/or offered for sale a non-compliant Air Freshener: liquid/pump spray product in California which contained concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOC) that exceeded the standards specified in title 17, California Code of Regulations section 94509(a). This product was sold into California in June 2016 and resulted in 0.06 tons of excess VOC emissions attributable to the violation. To come into compliance, Tri-Coastal Design Group, Inc. has stopped selling this product.
