Tractor Supply Company Case Settles for $31,629

In September 2014, Tractor Supply Company settled its case with the Air Resources Board (ARB) involving violations related to sales and advertising of non-California certified small off-road engines in California. This is Tractor Supply Company’s second settlement with ARB for selling non-California certified small off-road engines in California in 2 years. Tractor Supply Company has agreed to pay a total amount of $31,629.
