TJ-H2b Case Settles for $10,000

TJ-H2bpaid $10,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Resources Board, for violating air quality regulations.  This settlement was reached on February 10, 2017.  An investigation by ARB staff showed that TJ-H2bviolated possession and emission restrictions in the general prohibition of SF6 regulation.  TJ-H2bcooperated with ARB’s investigation and implemented process improvements to prevent future violations prior to the first settlement conference.  To settle the case, TJ-H2bagreed to pay the $10,000.00 penalty to the Air Pollution Control Fund.
