THX Transport LLC Case Settles for $50,000.00

THX LLC agreed to pay $50,000 in penalties for violating diesel program regulations; $37,500.00 will go to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $12,500 will go to Peralta Colleges Foundation. This settlement was reached in March 2013. 

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that THX violated the Truck and Bus, Drayage, and ECL regulations by operating and dispatching noncompliant trucks on California highways. To settle this case, THX agreed to the $50,000 penalty and to comply with all Air Resources Board regulations.
