On June 19, 2007, a case was settled with Three Bond International, Inc., for selling into California approximately 6,528 units of Three Bond Seal N Air Emergency Tire sealant subject to the VOC limit for Tire Sealants and Inflators in the California Consumer Products Regulations. The tire sealant contained concentrations of VOCs exceeding the 20 percent by weight VOC limit. The company paid $6,000 in penalties to settle the case.
