Summary

Would have required the forecast for the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project to include several items, including the total State rebate investment necessary to facilitate reaching the goal of no longer needing the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project to be in effect and recommendations on changes to the project structure and rebate levels.  The bill would have also required CARB to update the forecast at least every three years until January 1, 2030.  Was not heard in the Assembly Transportation Committee.
