Strength of Nature Global, LLC Case Settles for $3,000.00

On September 13, 2013, a case was settled with Strength of Nature Global, LLC for selling “Glaze Plus Design Spritz Styling Spray” subject to the VOC limit for the Hair Styling: Aerosol and Pump Spray category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 6 percent by weight VOC limit. There were approximately 0.05 tons of excess emissions. The company paid $3,000 to settle the case.
