$2,000 in Fines Paid by Speedy Fuels

Routine sampling on April 19, 2007 at the Speedy Fuel truck stop in Commerce, California, found diesel with a sulfur content exceeding the State standard. The case has been settled for $2,000 and closed in September 2007.
