South Sacramento Parts, LLC Case Settles for $1,500

In October 2015, South Sacramento Parts, LLC. (South Sac Parts) agreed to pay $1,500.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations. An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that South Sac Parts had sold diesel particulate that were not legal for sale in California. Upon receiving a Cease and Desist South Sac Parts recalled the parts and had them returned to the manufacturer. South Sac Parts was prompt and fully cooperated with ARB to resolve the violations at hand.
