In 2006, Schultz Corporation Inc. supplied and offered for sale in California White Diamond Multi-Purpose Metals Polish product subject to the Consumer Products Regulations.  No date code explanation was on file for the code used by Schultz Corporation Inc. on this product, which is a violation of Title 17, California Code of Regulation Section 94512(c).  The case was settled on October 7, 2009 for $3,000.
