Roxide International, Inc. Case Settles for $3,750

Between April 2006 and September 2009, Roxide International, Inc. supplied Revenge Fly Bomb Farm and Home Inspect Fogger product that contained VOCs in excess of the 15 percent limit for Crawling Bug Insecticides in California.  The product was removed from the California market place at the end of 2009.  The case was settled on September 13, 2010 for $3,750.
