The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invited the Stockton Community Steering Committee to meet with us to discuss CARB’s role in the “Community Emissions Reduction Program” (CERP) for the Stockton community and share other input about the CERP. The public was also welcome. CARB staff also presented their responsibilities for helping implement the CERP. This workshop and community engagement are critical components of CARB’s review process. CARB anticipates presenting the Stockton CERP to its Governing Board for consideration at the July 29, 2021 meeting.
