The purpose of the Regulation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Semiconductor Operations (semiconductor regulation) is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the semiconductor industry pursuant to the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32).
The regulation applies to an owner or operator of a semiconductor or related devices operation that uses greenhouse gases or heat transfer fluids.
