The 2017 Scoping Plan calls for the development of a Natural and Working Lands Climate Change Implementation Plan to provide a blueprint for land conservation, restoration, and management activities to achieve our long-term climate goals. This concept paper provides a proposed outline for the implementation plan with the aim of gathering feedback and discussion from the public to inform the final plan.
