Community-Identified Project Approval Notice: Drive Clean in the San Joaquin Replace Emission Reduction Program
This is CARB's notice of approval of San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's (APCD) submitted Project Plan to reduce Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) and Particulate Matter (PM2.5) emissions from passenger vehicles by providing incentives for Arvin/Lamont residents to replace up to 200 high emitting vehicles.
