California Air Resources Board

The Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association (EMA) wrote to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) seeking clarity on scenarios impacting the ability of California based dealers and bodybuilders to acquire for sale outside of California engines/vehicles that are not subject to the caps and/or offsets associated with CARB’s Omnibus rule.
