Funding requests that have been submitted to and approved by Wilmington Trust, N.A., the nationwide Trustee for the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust are listed at California | Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust.  Funding requests are made on a programmatic level and do not represent actual disbursement of funds.  Funding requests are by eligible mitigation action, as required by the Trustee.  Therefore, only estimated funding scenarios are used and in no way reflect an assumption of the actual projects that will be funded.
