2026 Dam and Reservoir Petition

On March 25, 2026, CARB received a petition to amend the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR). On April 6, 2026, petitioners agreed to extend the due date for CARB's response to July 23, 2026. On June 12, 2026, petitioners agreed to further extend the due date to August 23, 2026.
