The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board), in collaboration with other State agencies, held a three-day public workshop series, June 8-10, 2021, to initiate the development of the update to the AB32 Climate Change Scoping Plan, which is due in 2022 and will reflect California's goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045.
