California's 35 local Air Districts are responsible for regional air quality planning, monitoring, and stationary source and facility permitting. For complaints regarding a stationary source, please contact your local Air District. Stationary sources are non-moving sources, such as power plants, chemical plants, oil refineries, manufacturing plants, and other industrial facilities. Contact information is available on the California Air Districts homepage.
For all other air pollution complaints, or to submit an environmental complaint of any type, please complete a form with the CalEPA Environmental Complaint System.
