$2,000 in Fines Paid by REM Marketing, Inc.

On September 7, 2005, a case was settled with REM Marketing, Inc. for a payment of $2,000. A notice of violation had been issued to the company on June 17, 2005, for selling non-aerosol glass cleaner in California that exceeded the 6 percent by weight VOC limit. The sample products were obtained from Coast Detail Supplies in Laguna Hills, California.
