Real Spirit USA Inc. Settles for $20,232

In June 2019, a case was settled with Real Spirit USA Inc. (Reno, Nevada) for selling uncertified indoor air cleaning devices in California, in violation of the Regulation for Limiting Ozone Emissions from Indoor Air Cleaning Devices, title 17, California Code of Regulations section 94800 et seq. To come into compliance, the company has ceased sales of uncertified indoor air cleaners in California until they become certified.
