Radiator Specialty Company Settles for $109,440
In June 2020, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) settled a case for $109,440 with Radiator Specialty Company (RSC) of Indian Trail, North Carolina. RSC sold, supplied, offered, and/or manufactured for use in California a carburetor or fuel‑injection air intake cleanersproduct containing concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOC) that exceeded the category standard specified in title 17, California Code of Regulations, (17 CCR) section 94509.
