Welcome to your resource for exploring approved Quality Assurance Program/Project Plans (QAPP) for monitoring organizations (MO) within CARB’s Primary Quality Assurance Organization (PQAO).

QAPPs are comprehensive documents that describe in detail the necessary quality assurance, quality control, and all other technical activities necessary to ensure that program-specific work satisfies required performance criteria. Most MOs within CARB’s PQAO have QAPPs for two pollutants types, Gaseous and Particulate Matter (PM). 

Approved quality management documents* within CARB's PQAO are shown based on their origin:

• A#: Addendum number assigned to an addendum developed by a monitoring organization and approved by CARB.
• CARB: Developed and approved by CARB.
• MO: Developed by a monitoring organization within CARB's PQAO and approved by CARB.
• --: Not applicable.
