What are the total GHG emissions from transporting the biofuel via truck, rail, and or ocean vessel to California? What are the total GHG emissions from the use of biofuels for transportation usage in California? Since California represents ~.7% of the worlds GHG emissions, how does this program contribute to mitigating global climate change?
