Proposed amendments to the LCFS program

I concur with the California Legislative Republicans' October 15, 2024 letter to Chair Liane Randolph regarding the costs to the average Californian should CARB's proposed amendments to the LCFS program take effect.
It is time to give back to the hard working citizens of this state, not always be loading additional taxes, fees, regulations, fines onto them. The economy will falter at some point, and the mass exodus of business people and tax paying citizens will increase, as people seek reprieve outside California.
The proposed gas tax hike will cause CARB to shoot the economy in the foot. Please use the already high taxes to figure out how to keep California's air clean. Thank you.
