Prozone Water Products Inc. Case Settles for $6,000

In February 2019, a case was settled with Prozone Water Products Inc. (Huntsville, Alabama) for selling uncertified indoor air cleaning devices in California in violation of the Regulation for Limiting Ozone Emissions from Indoor Air Cleaning Devices, title 17, California Code of Regulations section 94800 et seq.  To come into compliance, the company has ceased sales of uncertified indoor air cleaners in California.
