Porta Stor. Case Settles for $500

Porta Stor has agreed to pay $500 in penalties for failing to timely report information which is required when the owner elected to utilize the small fleet compliance option; $375 will be paid to the Air Pollution Control Fund and $125 will be paid to the Peralta Community College District for distribution to participating California Council on Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET) colleges. This settlement was reached in September 2014.
