The Pomeroy Collection Case Settles for $3,000
On May 30, 2012, a case was settled with The Pomeroy Collection, for selling un-dated reed diffusers in California as required under the California Products Regulation. The company was in violation of Section 94512(b)(1),for not clearly displaying on each consumer product container or packaging, the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, or a code indicating such date. Since this was a procedural violation; no excess emissions were attributable to the violation. The Pomeroy Collection agreed to pay $3,000 to settle the case.
