The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a third public workshop to discuss regulatory concepts for the Statewide Clean Aviation Initiative (SCAI) on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. During the workshop, staff intends to review the draft SCAI concepts and present updates on CARB’s Ground Support Equipment (GSE) emissions inventory, preliminary cost analyses, and provide an update on available funding opportunities.
