The Sustainable Communities and Climate Protection Act, SB 375, tasks regional metropolitan planning organizations across California with developing regional Sustainable Communities Strategies. There are 18 metropolitan planning organizations designated in California. The table below provides links to websites for each metropolitan planning organization where the region’s adopted plan can be downloaded. The table also includes the status of a region's SB 375 technical methodology and Sustainable Communities Strategy submittal to CARB for evaluation, and CARB staff's determination.
