California Air Resources Board

Assembly Bill (AB) 630 (Cooper, Chapter 636, Statutes of 2017) requires the California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) to set specific and measurable goals annually for the Enhanced Fleet Modernization (EFMP) Scrap Only and the Clean Cars 4 All Scrap-and-Replace programs. In accordance with AB 630, CARB has released an annual Report starting with Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-2020. Beginning with FY 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, the report will be included as part of the annual Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives as Appendix I. The table below provides links to the AB 630 report for each fiscal year.
