The California Air Resources Board 2024 Annual Network Plan, covering monitoring operations in 25 Air Districts in California is now available at the link below. Federal regulations require that the Annual Network Plan be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) after the 30-day public review period. The public review period ended on June 24, 2024, and the plan was submitted to the U.S. EPA on June 26, 2024. If you have any questions on the Plan, please contact:

Note that there are 35 air districts in California. Ten air districts that conduct ambient are quality monitoring are developing separate Annual Network Plans covering the ambient monitoring within their jurisdictions. This Annual Network Plan covers the 25 air districts for which the local air agencies are not drafting a separate report.
