Norbulk Shipping U.K., Ltd. Case Settles for $1,000.00

Norbulk Shipping U.K., Ltd. has paid $1,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on October 19, 2012. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Norbulk Shipping U.K., Ltd. vessel Horncap, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters. To settle the case, Norbulk Shipping U.K., Ltd. agreed to the $1,000.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
