This is CARB’s notice of approval for the Community Emissions Reduction Program collaboratively created by Imperial County Air Pollution Control District convening a community steering committee comprised of Westmorland, Brawley, and Calipatria residents, community-based organizations, and industry and environmental consulting representatives to improve air quality in the Westmorland, Brawley, and Calipatria communities.
