Request for Proposals: Agencywide Training Program for CARB’s Community Engagement Model

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified consultants to co-develop and deliver an interactive training and train-the-trainer program that supports agencywide implementation of CARB’s Community Engagement Model, in partnership with community collaborators to ensure the training reflects community perspectives. 

Proposals are due April 16, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. PDT
