SACRAMENTO – Zero-emission battery and fuel cell transit buses will be on display Wednesday and Thursday, February 6 and 7 at the California Environmental Protection Agency building, 1001 I Street in Sacramento. The showcase runs concurrent to a technology symposium that will cover topics including transitioning transit fleets to zero-emission, fuel and infrastructure issues, and opportunities for incentive funding.
- WHAT: Advanced technology buses from BYD, Van Hool (fuel cell electric), Phoenix Motorcars, GreenPower, Proterra and other manufacturers will be on public display.
- WHEN: Buses will on display Wednesday, 9 am to 5 pm and Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm.
- WHERE: Vehicles will be parked on I Street, 10th Street and 11th Street surrounding CalEPA headquarters at 1001 I Street.
- VISUALS: Seven high-tech buses from multiple manufacturers, available for filming.
