SACRAMENTO — Today at noon (PST), California, Quebec and Ontario released the results of the first joint cap-and-trade auction of carbon allowances involving all three jurisdictions. The auction was held Feb. 21, 2018. The final numbers include sales figures and settlement prices for 2016 and 2018 (current) and 2021 (advance) vintages.
