SACRAMENTO – Tomorrow the Dynasty Motorcar Corporation will present the California Environmental Protection Agency's Air Resources Board (ARB) with an electric modular utility vehicle.

Graham Hill of Dynasty Motorcar Corporation will hand the keys of the low-speed electric car to ARB's Chief Deputy Executive Officer Tom Cackette. Following the presentation, opportunities for a ride-and-drive will be available. The Dynasty car will be on loan to the ARB for six months.

At its January 2001 meeting, the ARB voted to uphold California's Zero-Emission Vehicle Mandate while implementing modifications that will ensure its success. These changes allow Neighborhood Electric Vehicles to count towards the mandate until 2005.

CARB's mission is to promote and protect public health, welfare, and ecological resources through effective reduction of air pollutants while recognizing and considering effects on the economy.
