$3,000 in Fines Paid by Moore Fuels

Routine sampling on July 11, 2007, at this Garberville service station found that all three grades of gasoline being sold had Reid vapor pressures exceeding the summer standard of 7.2 pounds per square inch.  The case was settled for $1,000 per grade, a total of $3,000, on August 21, 2008.
