Lundmark Wax Company Case Settles for $4,500.00

On August 28, 2013, a case was settled with Lundmark Wax Company for selling various products subject to the VOC limits in the California Consumer Products Regulations. These products contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the percent by weight VOC limits for the wood cleaner, general purpose cleaner, furniture maintenance, floor polish or wax for non-resilient flooring; or wood floor wax categories. There were approximately 0.17 tons of excess emissions. The company paid $4500.00 to settle the case. A similar case was settled in 2012 for different products sold in the same time frame.
