Jordahl Construction, Inc. Case Settles for $1,875

Jordahl Construction, Inc. will pay $1,875 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $1,875 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality.  This settlement was reached in December 2017.

An investigation by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) showed that Jordahl Construction, Inc. failed to report five of their heavy duty diesel trucks into the Low Use compliance option of the Truck and Bus Regulation (TB).  TB is codified in California Code of Regulations, title 13, section 2025 (13 CCR § 2025).  To settle the case, Jordahl Construction, Inc. agreed to the $1,875 penalty and to comply with TB and other CARB programs.
